Shipping policy

We care about the speed of delivery and know its importance in improving customers’ shopping experience on our site. The time-frames provided below are only estimates provided by our shipping partners. If you are experiencing a delay please get in touch and we will work to resolve  any issues.

Our order processing time is 1-3 days. At busier times, such as Black Friday, the run up to Christmas, and Valentines, it may take up to 5 business days for orders to be processed, so please bear this in mind. We will send a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Domestic orders (UK):

 

Shipping services and estimated delivery times:

Shipping is charged at the end of your transaction. Orders over £25 in the UK will receive free Royal Mail 1st Class shipping. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Royal Mail 1st Class - estimated delivery time within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Royal Mail 2nd Class - estimated delivery time within 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Please note that both of these options are not tracked services.

Free next day delivery available for orders over £50.

Orders sent by DPD free of charge. Delivery to United Kingdom within 1-2 working days after despatch.

 

 

International orders:

All international orders are sent with Royal Mail. You’ll may choose between International Standard or International Tracked service at checkout.

International Standard is not tracked, we strongly recommend upgrading to International Tracked service for extra peace of mind.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs charges that may apply.
